Local home sales jump more than U.S.
The region sees a rebound in July after several months of sharp COVID declines
After three months of pandemic-driven steep declines, Chicago-area home sales rose sharply in July, possibly the beginning of the V-shaped recovery that housing markets entered earlier in some other parts of the country.
