The large central pond, surrounded by lush planting beds, is taking shape. On crisp spring and fall evenings, owners will gather and bask in the glow of the fire pit faced with the same Pennsylvania field stone used throughout the community. The stacked stone seat wall surrounding the firepit is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or unwind.
