James Companies has announced only three cluster single-family homes remain available for sale at Westgate at The Glen, a 171-unit maintenance-free community located in Glenview, Ill. Westgate at The Glen is comprised of 38 cluster single-family homes, 63 mews townhomes and 70 rowhomes, and represents the final residential parcel to be developed at The Glen, an award-winning 1,100-acre master-planned mixed-use development on the site of the former Glenview Naval Air Station.

The large lower level is ideal for a media room, play room or storage space. The remaining townhome plans range from 2,182 to 2,291 square feet with pricing from $517,900 to $547,900.
