Robert, Christa, & Deng Bolt chose E. R. James to build their beautiful new home in Anets Woods and have been living there since April of this year. We reached out to the Bolt family a few months later to ask for their candid feedback on the entire process.
Home purchases of $1 million or more climbed to 916 units, up +1.9% from the same period last year. For the full first half of this year, the increase was +3.2% to 1,408 units. Hindsale led the way.
We had our fourth closing at Anets Woods in Northbrook on Friday and the fifth closing is scheduled for next Tuesday. It’s exciting to see the families move in and the development taking shape. Check out the view from the loft. It’s pretty impressive if we say so ourselves.

Three homes have now closed at Anets Woods in Northbrook and nearly half have been sold and are under construction.
As construction begins this summer at Hinsdale Meadows, the community is beginning to take shape and we will begin on breaking ground on new home sites. Both the pond and parks are starting to come together as they are essential to the overall development. We are making progress on our Duplex Villa model as we are pouring concrete to form the foundation walls.
We’re pleased to announce that Northfield Mews, 28 two- and three bedroom luxury rental townhomes with attached garages, are coming to 1725 Winnetka Road (Between Northfield and Happ Roads) in the summer of 2019.

We have received the permit from the Village of Hinsdale for our Duplex Villa Model and are beginning the excavation process. Our Duplex Villa model will showcase both our Ashley and Becket floor plans. Also, we have submitted for permit on our Single Family home model that will feature our Torrington floor plan.
